MMA Middleweight Ranked #2 Chael Sonnen
Chael Sonnen is an American wrestler and one of the key members of Team Quest in Oregon. He is one of the most experienced veterans in UFC and WEC , best known for his UFC 117 very close loss to middleweight champion Anderson Silva. He is also well known for the first man to defeat former PRIDE champion Paulo Filho.
Recently, Chael Sonnen defeated Brian Stann by head and arm triangle submission at 3:51 of round 2, wanting the rematch against Anderson Silva, current unbeaten middleweight champion.
Chael Sonnen began a tirade towards Anderson Silva following his recent victory against Brian Stann at UFC 136. He took the microphone away from Joe Rogan during his post fight interview and said, “Anderson Silva you absolutely suck!”.
Chael Sonnen has been a lot of things to hardcore MMA fans over the last year. He also had very close match against unbeaten Middleweight champion Anderson Silva.
